How It Works
From start to finish, a Backyard Birdie team member will be on-site to keep things running smoothly — whether that means walking guests through the simulator, offering a few swing tips, or just making sure everyone’s having a great time.
1. Book Your Rental
Our standard setup time is approximately 90 minutes before your event begins, allowing us to prepare everything for a smooth experience.
2. Day Of
To ensure optimal gameplay and comfort, we recommend a space of at least 15ft L x 13.5 W x 14ft H. This area allows players to move freely and provides enough room for spectators to watch the action.
3. Clean Up
Great game! After the event, we handle takedown within 45 minutes, ensuring a quick and efficient wrap-up.
